What’s in this section

This section is the one-stop reference for personnel-facing command documents. Three categories:

• Standard Operating Procedures — operational procedures: MASCAL, blood management, sterilization, communications, cold chain, and others as added.
• Expectations — expectations of newly reporting personnel, professional standards, conduct.
• Training & Qualifications — training plans, qualification standards, readiness criteria.

Every document is the original PDF, embedded so it can be read in the browser, opened in a new tab, or downloaded. Documents in this section are publicly releasable as-is; OPSEC review is logged before any document is added.

How to use it

If you are reporting in for the first time, start with the Expectations category. If you have a specific operational question, search by keyword or browse SOPs. If you are working on qualification or readiness milestones, see Training & Qualifications.

Updates

Documents are versioned. Each page shows the version number, effective date, and last-reviewed date. Substantive changes to any document appear in the Changelog.
